Mountain Arts Guild inviting artists to show their work

KEYSER — The Mountain Arts Guild, a Mineral County visual arts organization, is hosting an artist exhibit at the Mary F. Shipper Library on the campus of WVU Potomac State College.

The show, which will take place on April 2, will be judged by board members on March 22.

If you are an artist and would like to exhibit your work, this is your chance! There is no specific prompt for artists to follow. Although no specific prompts are required, the MAG Board would like to ask all artists to stick to a home environment.

Artists are requested to send a high resolution image of the artwork to [email protected] The deadline for submission is March 21.

All artwork MUST be ready to hang at time of submission. MAG Board Members will arrange shipping or pick up of all parts sold.

Deposits will be accepted at the Chamber of Commerce office at 167 S. Mineral St., Suite A, Keyser, Monday through Thursday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

This event is open to the public and light refreshments will be served. This is an opening reception and the community is invited to come and speak with members of the Mountain Arts Guild to learn more about the organization and memberships, as well as to view submissions. artists.
