An art retailer is to open a new headquarters in Birmingham city centre.
Castle Fine Art has agreed terms to move from its current home in Erdington to a new 10,000 square foot office in the Mailbox complex, directly opposite its gallery and shop which opened there in 2019.
It is expected to complete the move over the summer to the new home where it will have a glass mezzanine, multi-purpose meeting room, pop-up gallery, chat areas and podcast studio. .
The announcement follows other recent letterbox deals which saw bespoke tailor Edit Suits Co. open its first physical store outside London.
And orthodontic company Impress has launched a 1,636 square foot clinic to provide patients with removable aligners designed to treat overbites and other dental issues.
